Job Details Job Location: Answers in Genesis HQ - Erlanger, KY 41018 Position Type: Full Time Job Category: Donor Relations Provides efficient processing of all incoming, non-recurring donations. This position will allow one to impact others through a service mindset centered on making an eternal difference. This position provides opportunities for spiritual, personal, and professional development. Responsibilities Promote the mission and standards of Answers in Genesis. Create a SERVE culture environment in all work done. Approach all tasks with a second mile mindset. Prioritize personal integrity in all interactions and assignments. Sort mail ensuring donations are related to proper accounts Process all incoming donations accurately and in a timely manner Prioritize incoming donations for processing Notify assigned staff of donations received by established protocol Answer donation-related calls as needed by established protocol Manage donation paperwork archive Assist with recurring donation management Enter donor communications in CRM Assist in facilitating processing of receipts by volunteers as needed And all other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. QualificationsRequirements Must agree with and be able to sign our Statement of Faith. Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Regularly attends a local Bible-believing church. Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel Aptitude to learn database Knowledge of Answers in Genesis ministry a plus Ability to multi-task Attention to detail Education & Experience 1-3 years of experience in data entry preferred Items Needed for Possible Employment Completion of on-line application, Salary Requirements Salvation Testimony Creation Belief Statement Confirmation of your agreement with the AiG Statement of Faith (AiG Statement of Faith can be found on the website).
