IT Program Manager

IT Program Manager Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid) Duration: 12 months Role Overview This position is responsible for managing cross-functional and inter-departmental projects for Line of Business products, processes, and functions. This role involves developing and executing plans to sustain change, evaluating current methods, and implementing project improvements. The successful candidate will oversee projects using appropriate tools to ensure completion and serve as a key contact for critical change initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple high-profile technical projects to meet deadlines for senior stakeholders. Create training presentations and materials for the implementation of Jira Align across several Lines of Business. Conduct large-scale training sessions. Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan. Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and elevate issues to the appropriate stakeholders. Use Excel for monitoring and reporting on program KPIs, quality metrics, and compliance status. Provide actionable insights to senior leadership based on data analysis. Support the Business Management function across various areas. Required Qualifications Technical Skills Jira Align Jira PowerPoint Excel Reporting (Pivot Tables, Filters, Vlookups, If Statements) Professional Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Technical writing skills. Experience with cross-functional collaboration. Preferred Qualifications Experience conducting large-scale training sessions. SPC, RTE, or Scrum Master certification.
