Seeking an experienced Senior Business System Analyst with a background in financial services and enterprise data warehousing, strong data mapping expertise, proven leadership of BSA teams, and exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive complex, multi-project initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial services (banking) industry. Experience working with Snowflake and AWS S3. Experience in data modeling activities in Erwin or other modeling tools. Understanding of enterprise data warehousing best practices and standards. Strong data mapping experience creating source to target mappings. Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience leading other BSAs on a project team. Must Have 3 years experience using SQL or equivalent query tools. AWS Snowflake cloud data warehouse. Nice To Have Conducted data mapping analysis.
