If you are interested in this Remote Pharmacist position, please contact Milos Pavlovic at View phone number on click.appcast.io or View email address on click.appcast.io Remote Pharmacist Compensation The pay for this position is $48.12 - $51.33 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Remote Pharmacist Highlights 100% Remote / Work From Home position Start Date: 7/19 Virtual interviews conducted through Microsoft Teams Opportunity for full-time employment contingent on performance This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Attendance is critical, especially during the first 8-10 weeks of training New hires must be available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST during the first 8 weeks of training Business Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-8:00 PM EST; Saturday-Sunday 7:00 AM-4:30 PM EST After training, shifts are assigned based on business needs and include either one weekend day or a rotating weekend schedule Candidates must be on camera during training, supervisor meetings, and team meetings The required availability for this position is flexibility to work assigned 8-hour shifts during business operating hours Remote Pharmacist Responsibilities Review and process prescription-related information in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements Perform accurate data entry while navigating multiple computer applications and dual-monitor systems Work independently in a productivity-driven remote environment Maintain quality and productivity standards while meeting performance goals Collaborate with supervisors and team members in a virtual environment Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and coaching sessions via camera-enabled video conferencing Potentially make outbound calls as needed to support pharmacy operations Maintain compliance with all applicable pharmacy regulations and company procedures Remote Pharmacist Requirements Licensed Registered Pharmacist in state of residence Active Pharmacist license in good standing Must provide screenshot of active pharmacist license showing name, state, license status, and expiration date Must provide screenshot of internet speed test from Speedtest.net showing minimum 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously using dual monitors Excellent data entry and computer navigation skills Dedicated quiet workspace for remote work Ability to remain focused and productive throughout scheduled shifts High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Remote Pharmacist Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and Visio Previous work-from-home experience Strong data entry experience Experience working independently in a productivity-driven environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and strong team engagement Required Candidate Screening Questions Please answer the following and place responses at the top of the resume: Attendance is extremely important, especially during the initial 8-10 weeks of training.
