We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst, Contracts supporting the Advanced Integrated Surface Sensors (AISS) sub‑strategic business unit within the Advanced Technology organization. We are seeking to hire a Senior Analyst, Contracts who will engage and provide support for a complex and vast portfolio of contracts and proposals across the Advanced Technology landscape. Key responsibilities include assisting with strategic contractual guidance and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to address a wide range of business, contractual, and programmatic matters. You will need to utilize regular application of strong business acumen and subject matter expertise to understand program performance requirements, support contractual and negotiation strategy, provide guidance, and influence results in support of program and financial objectives. Additionally, you will be required to work closely with Program Management leadership, the Office of General Counsel, and cross‑functional peers in support of program gate reviews, program management reviews, business strategy sessions, proposal reviews, risk management activities, and all other contractual related matters affecting the portfolio. The successful candidate will work with both internal and external customers to ensure successful program performance and influence outcomes to achieve desired results. What You Will Do Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs), proposal reviews and coordination, contract negotiation, support program management and executive reviews and general contract administration. Work closely with the Portfolio Directors, Program Managers, Engineers, Finance, and Supply Chain to manage successful execution of contracts. Identify, mitigate, and drive resolution of contractual issues as they may arise. Ensure that negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies. Provide guidance regarding contractual and business issues, rights and obligations, and possible mitigation of contractual and programmatic risks. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and internal partners. Interface with customers for correspondence, contractual changes, and contractual issues. The position is classified as onsite and may include a hybrid schedule. Work Location: The position is primarily onsite in Tewksbury, MA, with the potential for a hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence up to several days per week, to be coordinated with the supervisor. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
