Maintenance Technician

Job TitlePrinciple Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform routine, repetitive daily inspection of the building exterior. Notify management of problems/concerns. Perform general grounds-keeping daily.Maintain outside of plaza area, through the painting of light pole bases, curbs, and railings, sweeping, washing windows, and general cleanup and maintenance. Trim/depose of tree branches, clear rubbish. Keep disposal areas clean and in a safe condition. Report potholes, pavement problems, cracks, crumbling curbs, heaved cement to management so repairs can be made.On call schedule for the weekend is every 4 weeks. A 40-hour work week with additional overtime opportunity M-F 8 AM -5 PM.
