Agency Growth Associate

Extin State Farm Insurance – Winchester, Indiana
Full-Time, In-Office | Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. | $15/hour + Performance Bonuses

We are looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, works well with a team, and wants the opportunity to grow into a professional insurance career.

You will start by supporting our licensed team, contacting existing and prospective customers, creating sales opportunities, scheduling appointments, making warm transfers, and following up with customers.

Insurance experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is:
•Dependable and organized
•Comfortable talking with people on the phone
•Coachable and willing to learn
•Able to follow a process and meet daily goals
•Positive, persistent, and comfortable taking initiative
•Interested in growing into a larger role

The 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. schedule is intentional because part of this role involves reaching customers later in the day when they are more available.

As you demonstrate consistent performance, there is an opportunity to move into licensing and grow into a producer role working with auto, home, and life insurance.
