Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Compensation: $1909 - $2300 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

Key Responsibilities- Implement the nursing process to provide care for patients in the ICU and Step-Down ICU.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to nursing standards and state regulations.
- Document patient care in accordance with established standards.
- Develop and implement tailored care plans for individual patients.
- Engage in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance.
- Offer clinical expertise and support to other departments and units.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting.
- Current Illinois nursing license, along with CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; verification of education is required.
This role involves working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, requiring strong critical thinking skills and the ability to escalate concerns effectively to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
