Salary: $90K–$110K base + uncapped commission | $150K+ potential

SUMMARY
Growing home infusion pharmacy seeking an experienced Clinical Liaison / Account Executive to drive IVIG and specialty infusion referrals across DFW. Direct IVIG sales experience and established provider relationships are highly preferred.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Grow IVIG, biologic, and specialty infusion referrals across the DFW market
• Build relationships with neurologists, MS centers, specialty clinics, hospital systems, and referral teams
• Leverage existing provider relationships to generate new business
• Educate referral partners on home infusion services and coordinate with internal clinical/pharmacy teams
• Independently manage and grow the territory
WHAT YOU BRING
• Direct IVIG account executive, business development, or referral development experience strongly preferred
• Proven success generating IVIG and/or specialty infusion referrals
• Established DFW relationships with neurologists and specialty providers strongly preferred
• Knowledge of IVIG, biologics, specialty pharmacy, home infusion, or chronic infusion therapies
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to contribute quickly
• RN/clinical background is a plus; direct IVIG sales relationships are the priority
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• $90K–$110K base, flexible based on experience and relationships
• Uncapped commission with $150K+ earning potential
