Regional CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview
- Earnings you can plan your life around. Regional drivers earn $87,500-$114,000 per year, averaging $1,680-$2,200 per week, with a guaranteed $1,400 minimum to protect your paycheck.
- Weekly home time that actually feels like time off. Run regional lanes with predictable schedules-home weekly for 34-48 hours on either Sunday-Friday or Monday-Saturday rotations.
- Pay that rewards experience and performance. Earn up to 5CPM in bonuses, along with detention pay, drop + hook pay, and live load/unload compensation. Mostly no-touch freight
- Equipment and support that keep you moving. Drive well-maintained, APU + refrigerator-equipped Freightliner trucks designed for comfort, efficiency, and fewer interruptions on the road. No slip seating!

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Base pay starts at 56CPM. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.
