You’ll be responsible for executing high-quality dishes with precision and consistency. Responsibilities: Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standards, including oysters, burgers, steaks, seafood, and sides. Maintain consistency in food preparation, presentation, and quality. Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with prep work and ensure station is stocked and ready for service. Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Help maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant. Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
