Customer Service Representative

PrideStaff is partnering with a well-established corporate services team in the Clearwater area to recruit an organized, reliable Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated support professional who excels in a structured, fast-paced office environment and enjoys helping people.

In this role, you will answer incoming calls from clients and field representatives, assist with general account inquiries, process routine account updates, and maintain detailed, accurate records in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  
• Provide accurate account information and answer questions based on standard guidelines.
  
• Accurately document all call details into internal database systems while on the phone.
  
• Process standard administrative requests such as address changes, payment method updates, and document reissue requests.
  
• Send standard written communications and notices using pre-approved templates.
  
• Make outbound calls when necessary to gather additional details for processing.
  
• Route complex or misdirected calls to the correct internal department.
  
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to maintain high quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  
• 1 to 2 years of experience in call center customer service or structured office support.
  
• Excellent phone presence, active listening, and clear communication skills.
  
• Strong multitasking ability with high attention to detail during data entry.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer software.
  
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependable attendance.
