CONTRACT RECRUITER

LOCATION
Irving, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $28–$30/hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Temporary contract, approximately 3 months
• Start date: ASAP

ROLE IMPACT
Support a fast-paced recruiting operation with a high volume of active openings across multiple locations and departments in the environmental and field services industry. This role owns full-cycle recruiting for frontline, skilled field, operations leadership, and administrative positions. Success means quickly building qualified candidate pipelines, prioritizing urgent hiring needs, and keeping multiple requisitions moving from sourcing through interview coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of requisitions across multiple departments and locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source, screen, and assess qualified candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain consistent communication, and develop candidate pipelines for immediate and anticipated hiring needs.
• Prioritize urgent, backfill, and difficult-to-fill openings while maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting status updates.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience supporting drivers, technicians, environmental industry roles, operations supervisors, and administrative positions.
• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, organization, time-management, and communication skills with the ability to work fully onsite in Irving, TX.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience recruiting across multiple locations or geographic markets.
• Experience supporting skilled trades, operations, logistics, industrial services, or field services hiring.
• Ability to enter an active recruiting workload with minimal ramp-up time.
