This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in hard work, learns fast, and wants a long-term career in steel fabrication and production. What You’ll Do Package, palletize, and prepare customer orders for shipping Assist with grinding, prepping, and finishing steel parts Move material throughout the shop safely and efficiently Load and unload trucks using a forklift Keep the work area organized, safe, and production-ready What You’ll Need We are building a team of dependable people who work hard, solve problems, and take ownership. This is a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment where effort, attitude, and reliability matter.
