Housing Stability Advocate — Flexible Hours & Benefits
Addison County
Charter House Coalition is seeking a compassionate Housing Case Manager to support individuals experiencing homelessness. This in-person role offers a 40-hour work week with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexible hours to meet program needs. You will complete shelter intakes, develop housing stability plans, and coordinate access to housing, healthcare, mental health, and benefits.
