Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support individualized rehab plans under RN and physician direction. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document care accurately, and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to grow your nursing skills while supporting patients on their journey to greater independence.
