1. Develops, interprets, and analyzes data extracts and automated reports.
2. Leads or participates in special initiatives, studies and projects, and HR activities. Analyzes taskings, plans, oversees, reviews, and consolidates the work of others. Provides written reports and briefings outlining findings of special initiatives, studies and projects.
3. Directs, monitors and controls the operation and maintenance of assigned databases. Monitors the databases through review of output products from end-of-day documents and use of deferred and immediate inquiry.
