QUALIFICATIONS :
JOB SPECIFIC CORE COMPETENCIES:
- Delivers appropriate radiation per treatment planning and collaborates with other healthcare staff ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Records and verifies radiation treatment.
- Assures radiation protection and safety standards.
- Assumes responsibility for the proper use of assigned equipment and applies troubleshooting skills and takes appropriate action as necessary.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE: American Reg of Rad Techs (ARRT)
ADDITIONAL LICENSURE/CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of an accredited program in Radiation Therapy.
- ARRT Registered Technologist Radiation
- Therapist license in the state of Indiana in good standing.
- BLS Healthcare Provider.
ADDITIONAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : Mandatory Continuing Education: Customer Service, Fire and Safety, Corporate Compliance (including Confidentiality), Infection Control, and education required by regulatory, accreditation bodies, scope of practice, and/or Hancock Regional Hospital.
