• Proficient in gen surg, ortho fracture care, vascular, and urology [Required]
• BLS- [REQUIRED]
• NBSTSA - [REQUIRED]
• Previous travel- [Highly Preferred]
• NOTE: completion of Glens Falls Hospital Operating Room Orientation will be required!

• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• NBSTSA Certification and BLS - Must be uploaded with profile
