Responsibilities LeafGuard Sales Representatives: Run pre-set warm leads, with no cold calling and no door to door knocking. Self-generate leads for extra commission. High earning potential (commission): Most of our Sales Representatives earn avg $80,000-$120,000 in commission a year. Paid training (3 weeks): We have a state-of-the-art sales training program where you graduate with a new skill set. Pay frequency: Weekly pay through direct deposit.
