Responsive Recruiter Join Our Team as a Part-Time Receptionist (Up to $20/hr!) Are you friendly, organized, and great at making people feel welcome the moment they walk in? We're looking for a part-time receptionist to be the heart of our officeanswering calls, greeting customers, and keeping everything running smoothly. At our insurance agency, you'll play a key role in connecting clients with the right team members, supporting day-to-day operations, and helping us deliver top-notch service. What You'll Do Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone Manage appointments and office scheduling Handle incoming inquiries and update customer records Support prospective and existing clients with clear communication and great service Assist the team with administrative tasks and other projects as needed What We're Looking For Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred) Strong communication and people skills Excellent organization and ability to multitask Comfortable communicating professionally and supporting sales conversations Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office + CRM experience is a plus) Schedule & Pay Part-time position $18$20 per hour (based on experience) If you're ready for a role where your attention to detail and friendly attitude truly matter, we'd love to hear from you.
