Coffee Shop Manager
Aroma Coffee and Cafe is looking for an ambitious individual with great people skills to manage out coffee shop. This is a full time position. Coffee shop and food service experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Training
- Ordering
- Key Holder
- Greeting customers, answering questions, entering orders
- Prepare drinks (grinding beans, brewing coffee/tea)
- Prepare food (sandwiches, soups, salads, baked goods)
- Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas
- Washing dishes and equipment
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality control
Job Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- All applicants must pass background check and drug test
- ServSafe Certification
