EPC Contracts Counsel - Construction & Energy Projects
Dashiell
Dashiell is seeking a Construction Legal Counsel to provide legal guidance on complex contracts and ensure their integrity from proposal through execution. This role is based at our Houston, Texas office and supports project teams across various functions.
The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctorate and a minimum of 3 years of legal transactional/commercial experience, particularly in construction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential. The position involves contract negotiation and requires travel to project sites as needed.
