We are committed to providing superior service and leaving things better than we found them.  Job Summary: The Concrete Finisher is responsible for ensuring the proper placement, leveling, finishing, and curing of concrete for large structures. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects while adhering to company safety standards and protocols.Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces.Operate finishing tools including screeds, floats, and trowels.Ensure proper curing and surface finish standards.Work closely with the foreman and carpenters during placement operations.Requirements and Education:At least 5 years of experience in heavy civil, roadway, or structural concrete construction.At least 3 years of experience with concrete finishing.Ability to work in a team environment.Ability to follow safety procedures and jobsite instructions.Ability to read, interpret, and execute plans, specifications, and layout with direction from Foremen and Superintendents.Reliable transportation and ability to work on active construction sites. Preferred Requirements and Education:Experience working on DOT or infrastructure projects is a plus. What we offer:Competitive pay based on experienceOpportunity to work on large infrastructure projectsLong-term project opportunities in the Atlanta marketPotential transition to additional AIS Infrastructure projects as work progressesBenefits:We are dedicated to our employees' well-being and believe that every one of our employees has the right to work in an environment that is safe, welcoming, and inclusive.
