What You'll Treat

Your caseload will be primarily outpatient orthopedics, including patients with:

• General orthopedic conditions
• Musculoskeletal injuries
• Post-surgical conditions
• Mobility and functional limitations
• Spine and extremity conditions
• Other conditions appropriate for outpatient rehabilitation

You'll also have the opportunity to treat swing-bed patients at Putnam County Hospital , giving you exposure to a broader range of patient needs.

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you'll:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver outcome-driven physical therapy services
• Provide hands-on and manual therapy when appropriate
• Apply evidence-based treatment techniques
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home programs
• Document patient progress accurately and on time
• Collaborate with other members of the rehabilitation and healthcare team
• Maintain a positive, patient-focused environment

What We're Looking ForRequired

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Indiana Physical Therapy license or eligibility for Indiana licensure
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care

Preferred

• 1+ year of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Strong orthopedic experience
• Manual therapy experience
• New graduates with strong orthopedic clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
