Hospitality Ambassador

Job Title Job Overview: Pay Range: $28.00hr - $33.00hr Requirement/Must Have: 34+ years experience in corporate hospitality or high-end service (luxury hotel, retail, concierge, etc.). Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite. Ability to learn new systems including visitor management and call center tools. Valid CA drivers license. Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for employees and visitors in a customer-facing, onsite role. Deliver a high-touch, XX-glove hospitality experience while ensuring secure campus access in partnership with Security. Handle inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and gracefully with a professional service mindset. Manage visitor check-in, badge assignment, and host notifications. Ensure strict adherence to access protocols and confidentiality. Support vendor deliveries including packages, catering, and personal items. Coordinate special requests, VIP interactions, and provide call center support for phone inquiries. Manage programs such as parking placards, transportation cards, and lobby amenities. Support multiple lobbies providing flex or rover coverage as needed. Support delivery services including document handling and distribution. Maintain lobby supplies and assist with projects and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Legal, and Event staff. Skills: MS Office. Google Suite.
