Experience: Minimum 3 years of well-rounded Respiratory Therapy experience
License: Unrestricted license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider (NRP)
Must-Have: Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Description:
The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) works with patients that range from newborn to geriatric.
This position involves performing all cardiopulmonary diagnostic procedures and delivering all modalities of respiratory care from basic to advanced.
The RRT provides the highest level of appropriate patient care for patients in all areas of the hospital, including emergency, in-patient, and out-patient settings.
Experience with high-risk deliveries and neonates is preferred.
NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is preferred.
Experience with electronic medical record systems is preferred.
Candidates must be healthy enough to safely function in a low oxygen environment at elevated altitudes.
