- Experience working with diesel and natural gas engines, electrical switchgear, automatic transfer switches, and balance of plant equipment.
- Strong understanding of power generation systems, power electronics, electronic controls, and fuel systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with high responsiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license with ability to meet driving qualification standards, including:
- Industry certification (e.g., EGSA certification).
- Technical degree or relevant certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 3+ years of field experience in electrical power generation or related industry experience.
