- Tuesday-Friday 0700-1700 (will also accept Monday-Thursday).
- Will also accept Monday-Friday 0700-1500, 0800-1600, or 0900-1700
- Assess patient needs
- Consider medical records
- Personal observation and talks with the patient and his or her loved ones
- Execute a therapeutic program targeted toward what that patient requires most
- Keep current on communal and therapeutic resources available to best help the patients
- Document a patient's progress during their activities
- Other duties assigned my supervisor
- Current, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Recreational Therapist .
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements ).
- CERTIFICATES ACCEPTED FROM THE NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR THERAPUTIC CERTIFICATON (NCTRC) OR THE CALIFORNIA BOARD OF RECREATON AND PARK CERTIFICATION (CBRPC)
