Head of Legal & Compliance (IP & Licensing)

Efficient is building its first in-house legal function and is seeking a hands-on Head of Legal & Compliance. You’ll own the entire legal function as a one-person operation, working closely with outsourced counsel for specialized matters. You’ll handle complex tech agreements in the morning and vendor contracts in the afternoon.
