• Surgical Excellence & Autonomy: Benefit from dedicated OR block time at Inova Fairfax (Level IV NICU) and access to robotics, with a practice culture that prioritizes surgeon-led care and complex GYN cases, including endometriosis.
• Elite Operational Support: Experience an ultra-efficient workflow where physicians focus exclusively on patient interaction; the practice utilizes a high-support model allowing for seamless patient care within a manageable schedule.
• Optional OB Integration: While the practice maintains a robust OB volume, the call rotation is completely optional for candidates with exceptional surgical expertise, allowing you to curate a GYN-heavy or GYN-exclusive surgical profile.
