We are seeking talented professionals to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment as a Maintenance Technician at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky). This position offers an excellent opportunity for Maintenance/Electrician individuals to work in an empowered manufacturing setting. Job Requirements General building upkeep from floor to roof to include all general clean up. Maintain all machines in good working order to including troubleshoot and repair or order replacement parts for any mechanical, hydraulic or electrical components. Install all new machines and shop upgrade projects. Install all dies and molds in large presses. Maintain all shop tools and the upkeep of the maintenance shop. Support all production scheduling. Job Qualifications HS Diploma or Equivalent 1 to 3 years Maintenance experience US Citizen or Authorized to work in the US Planning & Prioritizing Work Setting Goals & Standards Time Management Good Communication Getting Unbiased Information Giving Clear Information Listening & Organizing Identifying & Solving Problems Making Decisions Weighing Risks Thinking Clearly & Analytically Ability to work in a mfg. environment and lift to 50 lbs. on a regularly basis.
