About You You like to teach, and share your expertise with your clients/patients/peers You have a strong service orientation, focused on getting the best possible outcome for your patients You are outgoing, people-oriented and a team player who quickly connects with others You are persistent, dedicated and listen carefully to what people say You like working in an environment that is steady and methodical You have an unselfish and uncritical interest in helping others Responsibilities and Duties Provide aesthetic and laser skin services Quality control and adherence to performance standards for quality control Educate patients about treatment options and present recommendations Participate in marketing & educational activities, seminars, events in support of the brand & philosophy Provide superior customer service and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business with patients to understand their goals and objectives and develop treatment plans to achieve those goals Must be willing to work Saturdays Qualifications and Skills 1+ years’ experience as an Aesthetician and Laser Tech Certification with the Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency Experience in a fast-paced environment is critical to being successful in this role Passion for the industry Hourly pay plus a monthly bonus potential #J-18808-Ljbffr Derma Health Institute
