Engage in training programs to continuously develop your customer service skills. Fluency in Finnish and English is required, with strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a busy work environment.
