Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Omaha, NE
Work Locations: 162nd & Dodge and/or 72nd and Center
Job Type: Full-time Employee
Compensation: Hourly wage, based on experience
Experience Level: Intermediate (3-7 years)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (no weekends or holidays)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Start Date: Immediately

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. If you have a Champion Spirit, a Patient-Centered Approach to Health Care, and a Joyful Attitude, we would love to hear from you!
Position Overview
The LPN plays a key role in providing excellent patient care and supporting the clinical team. We are looking for someone who is a strong individual contributor, enjoys teamwork, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, detail-oriented, and committed to ongoing learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and document vital signs
- Obtain medication and medical history
- Administer injections and perform venipuncture
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation
- Assist with minor in-office procedures and exams
- Prepare and room patients
- Clean and stock exam rooms
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in the state of Nebraska
