Certified Pharmacy Technician

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a reputable pharmacy operation in Illinois. This role requires a minimum six‑month commitment before conversion to permanent employment. The position offers a stable weekday schedule and hands‑on responsibilities in sterile compounding and limited PSR functions. Schedule Work weekdays (exact hours to be discussed). Job Duties Perform sterile compounding in the clean room. Support product preparation and quality processes. Conduct limited PSR duties as assigned. Ensure compliance with USP standards and facility protocols. Maintain clean room workflows and documentation accuracy. Qualifications At least 2 years of solid sterile compounding experience, strongly preferred. Ability to meet the required 6‑month contract period prior to permanent hire.
