Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Greet customers, answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate team member
- Assisting sales team members with clerical follow up
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive hourly pay plus commission/bonus and flexible hours. Growth potential and opportunity for advancement within my agency are also available.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Preferred to be bilingual in English and Spanish
- People-oriented
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to obtain an insurance license
Compensation: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Raleigh, NC and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:

- Retirement planning
State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
