Description

Our client, the U.S.'s largest commercial real estate services firm, is seeking a Facilities Specialist to support the day-to-day workplace operations of a corporate office in Princeton, NJ . This is a 2-week contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced facilities or workplace professional who enjoys managing vendor relationships, coordinating office services, and creating a positive employee experience. The successful candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple operational priorities independently. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workplace operations to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate vendor services.
• Oversee mailroom operations, including incoming and outgoing mail.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and office activities.
• Manage conference room scheduling, setup, and readiness.
• Create, monitor, and coordinate work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for workplace-related requests.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to resolve facility issues.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate updates using Microsoft Office applications.
• Support general office and facilities operations as needed.

Must Have Skills

• 2-4 years of facilities, workplace, office operations, or related experience.
• Experience with vendor management.
• Experience supporting mailroom operations.
• Experience coordinating meetings or events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Nice to Have Skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience supporting corporate workplace environments.
