Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication. Prepare quotations, presentations, proposals, and sales materials. Support customer meetings and promotional initiatives. Assist with account growth and retention strategies. Order & Account Coordination Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, accounting, and overseas teams. Monitor order status and customer requirements. Proactively resolve service, shipping, and inventory-related issues. Maintain customer records and account documentation. Product Launch & Trade Show Support Assist with product launches and promotional activities. Coordinate with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams. Create customer presentations and sales support materials. Support trade show planning and execution. Attend domestic and international trade shows as needed. Reporting & Business Development Prepare sales reports and performance analyses. Research competitors and industry trends. Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts. Support business development initiatives and strategic projects. What Success Looks Like Within your first 6 months, you will: Develop positive relationships with assigned customers Consistently provide exceptional customer support Help improve account growth and retention Successfully support product launches and customer programs Become a trusted resource for customers and internal teams Qualifications Required 3+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, inside sales, or related roles Fluent in English and Mandarin or English and Spanish, both written and verbal Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to travel approximately 15% Preferred Experience with ERP, CRM, or related business systems Experience supporting sales teams or customer accounts Experience with retail, consumer products or wholesale distribution Experience utilizing AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or Claude Experience or knowledge of pet products, pet supplies, pet retail, or the pet industry is a plus Passion for pets and an understanding of the needs of pet owners is highly valued About PetPals Group Inc.
