Overview Are you a highly skilled commercial real estate professional with expert-level lease administration and financial auditing capabilities? We are seeking a Senior Lease Administrator to manage a diverse enterprise property portfolio for a premier healthcare network. This role is fully remote, offering ultimate workplace flexibility; candidates must reside within 100 miles of Sacramento, CA for occasional on‑site alignment. Salary: $43.51 – $43.52 per hour. Responsibilities Position Summary: Interpret, abstract, and administer comprehensive commercial real estate leases and legal agreements for an enterprise healthcare network. The role centers on financial data integrity, critical date tracking, complex cost audits, and compliance reporting. Analyze, comprehend, and abstract complex commercial real estate documents, including amendments, options, rights of first offer, and property purchase agreements. Coordinate the processing of monthly base rents, Triple Net (NNN) expenses, and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges. Conduct thorough CAM and NNN reviews and audits to accurately resolve erroneous or non‑compliant landlord billings. Calculate and implement scheduled monetary escalations, including Consumer Price Index (CPI) increases. Track and monitor system‑wide critical dates such as lease commencements, expirations, and renewal options. Manage healthcare physician lease compliance reporting (Stark compliance) and input records into CoStar and TracT Manager platforms. Evaluate building floor plans, stacking diagrams, and rent rolls in alignment with BOMA standards. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial lease administration.
