Veteran Peer Support & Outreach Specialist

Westcare Foundation Inc

WestCare Foundation in Minneapolis is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to provide veteran-focused outreach, engagement, and peer-based support. You will use lived experience to build trust and connect participants with essential services. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, collaboration with VA facilities and community providers, and maintaining confidential records aligned with grant requirements. A high school diploma and veteran status are required, with CPR/First Aid and TB testing #J-18808-Ljbffr
