Overview
Registered Nurse – ER, Petoskey, Michigan travel assignment starting 08/24/2026 for 13 weeks. Earn between $1,739 and $1,808 per week. Shift is 3x12 nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). This assignment occurs in a hospital emergency department serving the northern Michigan region. Active Michigan RN license and ER experience are required to be considered.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the ED for a range of urgent and emergent conditions
- Conduct rapid assessment, triage, monitoring, and ongoing re-evaluation of patients
- Administer medications and initiate ordered treatments; manage IV therapy and IV infiltrations as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, mid-level providers, and multidisciplinary teams to determine care plans
- Document patient findings, interventions, and responses in the electronic health record
- Support patient and family education, discharge planning, and transition of care

Requirements
- Active RN license in Michigan
- Minimum 2 years of ED/emergency department experience (required)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NRP (all required)
- Ability to work a night shift in a fast-paced ED, with strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Willingness to meet hospital credentialing requirements and participate in the assignment process
