Job Description
RN Supervisor - RCF/ICF/ID

Schedule

Typically Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional early start, late end, or weekend training sessions as necessary.

Assignment Details

Supervises unlicensed Direct Support Professionals; may involve training on medication administration and specialty feeding procedures.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in a similar supervisory role preferred
• Knowledge of medication administration and feeding procedures
• Ability to train and support unlicensed staff

Responsibilities

• Oversee training and supervision of Direct Support Professionals
• Communicate effectively with staff, management, and families regarding medical care
• Provide training to LPNs and unlicensed staff on nursing skills
• Assist with admissions and address specific medical issues
• Review and approve medication administration curriculum as per state regulations
