MAFÉ Resources is partnering with a client in South Florida to hire a Business Analyst . This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, improving processes, and working across departments to turn business needs into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across operations, finance, and technology to gather and document business requirements.
• Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, process maps, and functional documentation.
• Analyze data and develop reports to support decisions and track performance.
• Collaborate with technical teams on business system enhancements and implementations.
• Support user acceptance testing, document issues, and validate solutions.
• Help develop training materials and support the adoption of new systems and processes.
• Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar position.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience analyzing business data.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with technical and nontechnical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow projects through completion.

Preferred Experience

• SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, or Salesforce.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, distribution, finance, or operations.
• Experience supporting system implementations and user acceptance testing.
