LD RN – Labor and Delivery

Schedule: Nights, 12 hours

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:

• 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery experience
• Active Illinois Nursing License
• IL Nurse Agency License
• BLS Certification
• NRP Certification
• ACLS Certification
• Travel experience (preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide care for women during labor and childbirth.
• Monitor the well-being of both the mother and the baby.
• Offer coaching and support to mothers throughout the birthing process.
• Assist physicians as needed during delivery.
• Prepare families for the stages of childbirth.
• Support patients with breastfeeding after delivery.
