What we offer

• $36–$42/hour , based on experience.
• $5,000 student-loan/education benefit , paid in installments over your first two years.

Support that makes a difference in your day

• Time for your notes. Documentation time is part of the workday, with AI-assisted tools to help reduce the workload. Our goal is for you to finish your notes before you leave.
• Someone to work through cases with. You’ll have a designated supervising PT and weekly, paid one-on-one case reviews during your first six months, with continued meetings if useful.
• Flexibility you can discuss directly. Have a recurring commitment or an important evening event? We’re open to adjusting start and end times or arranging hours elsewhere in the week, while coordinating patient care and team coverage.
• Help with the work surrounding treatment. Trained aides support clinical flow, while front desk and billing staff handle scheduling, insurance verification, and authorizations.

The role and treatment schedule

Provide individualized outpatient orthopedic care under a supervising PT’s plan of care, communicate patient progress, and maintain timely documentation.

• Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM , with scheduling needs discussed during the interview.
• Target of 14–16 completed visits per day , with a structured 30/60/90-day ramp.
• 45-minute treatment blocks with aide support. Two patients share a start time: one begins with you while the other starts their prescribed exercises with a trained aide, then they switch midway through the visit.

New hires begin with approximately 10–12 visits per day and gradually build toward the target with support along the way.

What you’ll need

• A PTA degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• An active California PTA license before beginning licensed patient care. Candidates awaiting licensure are welcome to apply.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Clear communication and a collaborative approach to patient care.

Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred. New graduates are welcome, and Spanish language skills are helpful.
