Automotive Shop Technician

About the Position We are a high‑volume shop with a state‑of‑the‑art, air‑conditioned facility and a strong earning potential. What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs across a wide range of makes and models with accuracy and efficiency. Execute routine and complex maintenance services including brakes, alignments, tire services, and preventative maintenance. Document all work performed and recommended services clearly and accurately within dealership systems. Collaborate closely with service advisors to communicate findings, repair priorities, and timelines effectively. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work environment in line with dealership standards. Stay current with manufacturer training, technical bulletins, and evolving vehicle technology. Consistently deliver high‑quality workmanship that meets or exceeds dealership and manufacturer expectations. What We’re Looking For Experienced technician with strong diagnostic ability. Motivated to work in a fast‑paced, high‑production shop. Takes pride in quality work done right the first time. Team‑oriented and communicates well.
