This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and standardized workflows across the full lifecycle of pathology services, including ordering, specimen collection, processing, result management, and downstream clinical workflows, spanning Epic Beaker and integrated Epic modules. The role includes ownership of highly variable and cross-setting workflows, including ambulatory, inpatient, procedural, and specialty diagnostic pathways, requiring coordination across clinical care teams, laboratory operations, and external partners.
