As a Certified Surgical Technologist at Franklin Hospital, you'll be an essential part of the OR team, working side by side with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff to keep procedures running safely and smoothly. From preparing instruments to anticipating the next step in surgery, your experience and attention to detail will make a real difference in the care our patients receive. Summary The Surgical Technologist role assists the surgeon and Operating Room (OR) RN during surgical procedures. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs) Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology required. License/Certifications: Current BCLS and certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting required within 6 months of start date. Positions located in New Hampshire are required to have a New Hampshire Med Tech License or NH EMT License with National Registry Certification. Experience: One year of experience preferred. The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package. The pay range for this position is $27.27to $36.88 per hour.
