Network Outreach Specialist

To ensure the accuracy of provider network data, the full-time Network Outreach Specialist will manage outbound validation calls to providers, contact members regarding preventive health activities, and handle inquiries while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Make outbound validation calls to providers to confirm demographic details for all Horizon networks Contact members about preventive health activities and manage inbound service calls for provider inquiries Assist provider offices with credentialing issues and maintain documentation in databases Required qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or telephone sales, preferably in a Managed Care environment Some experience with provider practices or healthcare settings Knowledge of the health insurance industry Proficiency in MS Office products and familiarity with intranet and internet applications
